Terms of Delivery

These Terms of Delivery apply to all orders placed with ElecEssentials Cyprus.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Express Delivery: Available for selected products
  • Large Appliances & Security Systems: Delivery times may vary depending on product size, availability, and installation requirements

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location, order size, and weight
  • Promotional or free delivery offers may apply to selected products

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor, unless otherwise agreed in advance
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or access limitations

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery.

Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or absence of the recipient:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply
  • Orders may be returned to our store until re-delivery is arranged

8. Installation Services

Where installation services are offered, delivery and installation may be scheduled separately.

Installation terms may vary depending on the product and location.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

ElecEssentials Cyprus is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
